Puppy Waitlist Agreement

 With your NON-REFUNDABLE waitlist holding deposit of $200 you will be placed in order of the time we receive your deposit. When we get a puppy that that we believe matches your preferences, you will be notified according to your position on the waitlist. If you are agreeable with the puppy choice. The fee will go towards the final purchase price of the puppy.

1. This waitlist fee is non-refundable.  This means that if you suddenly change your mind and decide you do not want the puppy you will forfeit your holding fee. No exceptions.

2. At the time you place your waitlist fee, you must indicate your preferences of color (red, brown, color doesn't matter, etc.) and sex of the puppy you want.

3. The waitlist fee will be placed towards the final purchase price of the puppy.
